Location
Moșnița CrisApart04 factura PJ sits 7.1 km from the centre of Timișoara, in Mosnita Veche. You are outside the ring, so reckon on a tram or a bus into the centre; the trade is usually parking and a quieter street.
The quarter around it is covered on the Ghiroda și Moșnița page, which sets out what it costs, how you get in and out, and what is against it.
The facilities, in detail
The supplier record lists 37 facilities. Parking appears in the listing, which matters inside the ring where metered space is short. Air conditioning is listed — worth confirming for July and August, when the city sits around 30°C. There is a kitchen or a fridge in the record, so a long stay need not eat out every night.
Facility lists in this catalogue are supplied by the property and are not checked by us. Anything that decides your booking — a lift, a cot, parking, a late arrival — is worth confirming directly before you pay.

Who it suits
A kitchen on the record makes it a sensible base for a week or more, or for anyone who would rather shop at the market than eat out every night.
Family rooms or a cot are listed, so it is set up for children rather than merely tolerating them.
Parking is on the record, which matters here: the centre is a paid-parking zone and most apartments in the old quarters have none.
A desk and internet access are listed, which is enough for a working trip if the room is quiet.
About Ghiroda și Moșnița, in brief
Ghiroda and Moșnița Nouă are two villages east of Timișoara that have become dormitory suburbs for people who work in the city but want a house with a garden and a driveway. For a visitor, that means almost no tourist infrastructure and a very specific set of reasons to book here. The main one is Traian Vuia International Airport, which sits inside Ghiroda's boundary. If you have a flight at 06:00, staying here removes the pre-dawn taxi gamble from the equation. You can leave your room forty minutes before boarding and still walk to the terminal. The second reason is a car. Both communes are built around the DN6 and the airport road, with free or cheap parking at almost every guesthouse and small hotel. If you are driving to the Banat region, or using Timișoara as a base for day trips to Arad, Lugoj or the Danube gorge, Ghiroda and Moșnița make a practical, low-cost alternative to the city centre.
The airport road, Calea Aeroportului, runs from the eastern edge of Timișoara through Ghiroda and past the terminal. Bus line E4 and trolleybus line 11 connect the airport with the city centre, but they run along the main road, not into the residential streets of Ghiroda or Moșnița Nouă. From most guesthouses you will walk ten to twenty minutes to the nearest stop. The journey to Piața Libertății takes about twenty-five minutes in light traffic. In rush hour, it can take forty-five. Buses run from around 05:00 to 23:00, with limited night service on weekends.
The full guide to the quarter, with what it costs and what is against it, is on the Ghiroda și Moșnița page.
Things to know, from the quarter guide:
Good to know before you book
Cobbles are the usual surprise in the centre: wheeled cases rattle and heels suffer. Most museums close on Monday. Terraces take cards; the markets and the bakeries prefer cash.
Coming in by tram is straightforward, but buy the ticket in the app or at the kiosk before you board — you cannot pay the driver.
Where our data comes from
This page is built from the booking catalogue, not from a visit. The name, the star rating, the address, the coordinates and the facility list are the supplier's own record for hotel 19399790; the distances are measured from those coordinates to Piața Unirii. Nobody pays to appear here and there is no commission ranking.
What we have written ourselves — the quarters, the guides, the things to do — is on the rest of the site, and it is written from the ground. This page is a catalogue entry, and says so.
